the shower was acceptable.
the room management app was intermittently unusable. on my last day, the air conditioning did not function, a most unwelcome surprise.. the temperature was 28 degrees. i contacted reception, they claimed helplessness because the system had crashed and awaited a programmer's arrival the next morning.

I found the location really good. It allowed easy access to major attractions. the staff were genuinely kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a warm smile. i particularly loved the modern room design. It felt both luxurious and functional. breakfast offered many fresh options that were delicious, setting a perfect start to my days.
the street could be a bit noisy at times, it occasionally disrupted the otherwise peaceful atmosphere within the room.

totally stellar smart hotel experience

i had such a blast. the hotel arranged transport for me, really took the stress out of getting around (big plus!). i arrived early, they stored my luggage and it was waiting for me in my room later that day. the greek breakfast was awesome (i especially loved the fresh orange juice and custom coffee).
The smart hotel technology took a little getting used to. The open shower design isn't super practical, water splashed everywhere after i showered.

The front desk staff were attentive and helpful. They helped me with directions and provided local tips. the daily housekeeping kept my room super clean, restocking amenities as needed. the staff always greeted me with a smile.

the hotel's central position gave me easy access to shops, restaurants, and historical sites. i walked to ermou street and monastiraki plaza, and they were super close. the metro station was a short walk, connecting me to the airport.
